Delivery Timelines
We dispatch orders from Monday to Saturday. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can expect it within the following timeframes:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): 1 – 2 working days.
- GCC Countries (KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar): 3 – 5 working days.
Shipping Charges
We believe in transparent pricing. Our shipping rates are flat-fee based, meaning you won’t pay extra even if your package is heavy.
1. Shipping Within the UAE
- FREE Shipping on all orders over AED 100.
- For orders below AED 100, a flat delivery fee of AED 18 applies.
2. Shipping to Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- FREE Shipping on all orders over SAR 300.
- A flat shipping rate applies to all other orders, regardless of weight.
3. Shipping to Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait & Qatar
- FREE Shipping is available for orders meeting the minimum spend requirement (as shown at checkout).
- For other orders, we charge a Flat Rate per order. You will never be charged extra for heavier items; we keep it simple and affordable.
Order Tracking
Stay updated on your "Express Pick" every step of the way. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a consignment tracking number.
- Simply enter this number into the Order Tracker on our website to see the real-time status of your delivery.
Modifying Delivery Details
Need to change your address? Please contact us immediately at infoexpresspicks@gmail.com.
- Before Dispatch: We will do our best to update your details.
- After Dispatch: Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the package is with the courier. Please note that any address changes may result in a slight delay in delivery.
Important Notes
- Deliveries are typically made within city limits. For remote areas, delivery times may vary slightly.
- We aim to meet all delivery deadlines, but during peak seasons or sales, shipping might take a little longer. We appreciate your patience!
