How long will it take to receive my order? We pride ourselves on speed!
- UAE: Most orders are delivered the next day (except Sundays). All other UAE orders arrive within 2-3 working days.
- KSA: Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
- Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, & Oman: Expect your package within 2 to 3 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
- FREE Delivery on all orders over AED 100.
- For orders below AED 100, a flat shipping fee of AED 18 applies.
Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we focus exclusively on the GCC region. We deliver to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
Can I pick up my order from a physical location? To keep our prices competitive and our process fast, we operate as an online-first store. Store pick-up is not available; we deliver directly to your doorstep.
Do you offer same-day delivery? At this moment, we do not offer same-day delivery, but our next-day service in the UAE ensures you get your picks quickly!

What payment methods do you accept? We offer flexible payment options tailored to your location:
- UAE & KSA: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery (COD), and interest-free installments through PostPay.
- Kuwait: Visa, Mastercard, and K-NET.

Is there a minimum order value? No, there is no minimum order. You can shop for exactly what you need.
Can I add more items to an existing order? Yes! If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can help. Please email us at infoexpresspicks@gmail.com immediately with the items you wish to add.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do? Please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. If you still can't find it, contact us, and we will resend your order details right away.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your Return & Exchange Policy? We want you to love your purchase. You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What is the process? Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If an item arrives damaged, please do not throw it away. Take a photo as proof and email it to us at infoexpresspicks@gmail.com. If the item doesn't match the website description, send us a photo and the product details, and we will rectify it immediately.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. It usually reflects on your statement within 7 to 14 working days.
